    tank heater

Hello all. I'm returning to the hobby after a time away. I've reduced the size of my tank to a 240l. What size of heater do I need to buy? Thanks in advance, fellow fish keepers.

I'd recommend two 150W heaters for a tank that size for two reasons - better heat distribution with a heater at either end and redundancy in the unlikely event one fails. However if you have a Juwel 240L then the heater fits in the filter box and a single 250W will be fine.
Mature, sensible signature required for responsible position. Good prospects for the right candidate. Apply within.

Aquarium heaters depend on aquarium size and ambient temperature. The water heater is the most important thing to maintain the aquarium ecosystem. According to your tank size, I would be recommended 180-200-watt heater, And one more thing after installing your heater monitor carefully 24 to 48 hours. In that time your heater fully elevates the temperature.
